Answer. The typical answer is 30 days but if you are in a hurry a successful Michigan Auction (or surrounding area) can be done is as little as 2 weeks.

Question. How much money do I pay up front to get my auction started?
Answer. Zero upfront costs!

Question. How much is your auctioneer commission?
Answer. Cole's Auction Service LLC has the best rates in the business but we encourage you shop other factors such as experience and Michigan Auction industry knowledge.

Question. How do I know if my items are right for an auction?
Answer. We would be happy to evaluate your assets and give you our honest professional opinion. And don't worry we refuse to use any high pressure sales tactics.

Question. Do I have to set-up the auction myself?
Answer. No. From set-up to clean-up we take care of everything.

Question. How will you advertise/market my auction?
Answer. Our aggressive marketing system can include a huge Facebook/Social Media presence, classified and display advertising in a wide variety of printed publications, category specific direct mailers, flyer distribution, email blast, several internet based auction portals, and more. We pack-the-auction everytime!!!

Question. How much will my items sell for?
Answer. Most clients are surprised to see their items get full retail prices and more!

Question. Do I have to wait for summer?
Answer. No. Some of our best auctions have been in the worst weather conditions. We conduct Michigan Auctions year round !!!
